We want you to love your art as much as we do. If something’s not right, here’s how it works:
Damaged in Transit (7 days)
If your order arrives damaged, don’t stress. Snap a few photos (the artwork + the packaging) and email them to us within 7 days of delivery. Once we’ve seen the pics, we’ll send you a fresh replacement—no extra cost, no hassle.
Change of Mind (14 days)
Not feeling it? No problem. You’ve got 14 days from delivery to let us know you’d like to return your order.

Make sure the artwork is in its original condition and packed safely for the trip back.
How to Start a Return
Simply drop us a message via hello@alasticart.com. Tell us your order number and whether it’s a damage claim or a change of mind. We’ll reply with clear instructions on what to do next.
Refunds
Once your return arrives safely back with us, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to show up.
